Laurie Campion, Certified Nutrition Consultant

Laurie Campion is a State Certified Nutritionist from Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition. She has offered Nutrition Counseling for the last 18 years in private practice and with health centers in Marin and Sonoma County.

Laurie sees clients at her offices in San Rafael and Petaluma where she receives referrals from physicians and nurse practitioners for advice on diabetes, weight management, digestive disorders and adrenal fatigue. She also receives referrals from psychotherapists, supporting their clients' mental and emotional well-being with nutritional intervention.

Over the years she worked in the Sonoma Valley Hospital as the nutritionist in the Integrative Health Network, with Dr. Michael Lepelt as a nutritionist for his patients, and for EcoNugenics, a line of supplements addressing cancer, giving nutritional support to their clients.

Laurie worked at Bayside and Ohlhoff Recovery Centers, educating the residents on how to support long term recovery by improving their eating habits and addressing the impact diet plays on one's physical, emotional and mental well-being. She also worked at Meridian Sports Club, Club Zenergy, Mt. Tam Club, Rolling Hills Club, Mill Valley Personal Fitness and Coast Fitness Center offering classes and individual guidance in nutrition.

She has given classes through the adult education program in Marin and the YMCA and lectured to various groups and health professionals in the Bay area on how to improve physical well-being through nutrition and lifestyle changes.

Her services extend to home visits for assistance in organizing her clients' kitchens, providing basic cooking demos and grocery shopping trips, and providing tips on how to successfully integrate her nutrition programs and meal plans into their daily lives.

The majority of Laurie's clients seek her advice on digestive disorders, adrenal fatigue, hypothyroid, prediabetes, weight management and detoxification programs. She offers lab testing for digestive disorders, food sensitivities and hormone imbalances.
