First evening – Nutrition 101
Learn the basics to create a foundation from which to build your nutrition program. Covering the food groups and how to include them in each meal.  Also understanding portions sizes and glycemic guidelines to make each meal as nutritious possible.

 

Second evening – What's your Metabolic Type
Find out your metabolic type with a questionnaire and learn which foods you need to support healthy blood sugar levels, weight management and sustainable energy.                         

 

Third evening – Menu Planning
Applying the information covered, learn how to create a meal plan for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks that includes your individual needs.  Simple recipes will be discussed.

 

Fourth evening – Organizing yourself for a healthier lifestyle
Now that you have a menu plan, learn how to bring it into reality. 
Organizing your kitchen, planning ahead for the weeks meals, food shopping and basics in cooking,   In addition we will cover tips in eating out and simply meals for 'on the go'.
